Among the areas that VR/AR applies, sports is a big one. And within the sporting world, the NBA champion G.S. Warriors' on-court dominance is matched nearly by its VR hunger.
For the VRARA's second San Francisco chapter event (see the first one here), we're excited to announce headline speaker Kenny Lauer, VP of Marketing and Digital for the Warriors.
This will come soon after the Warriors have done some intriguing VR experiments around immersive fan experiences. And the playoff schedule indicates it will be during this years finals.
Hosted at GoPro's SF offices, we'll also have demos of GoPro hardware for 360 degree video capture. There will be equipment to play with, refreshments and networking time.
