Mid-Level Enterprise Sales/Account Executive - Korea

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a demonstrated history of success in hitting and exceeding Sales Quotas between $500k - $2M+ who can expand our customer base In Korea and potentially throughout Asia, growing the use of our VR solution 

The Enterprise Account Executive will be joining a sales team where you will own the entire new business sales lifecycle for your territory.

Naturally, you should be able to work autonomously and have the ability to understand customer needs and pain points.

The Account Executive will know how to penetrate new industry verticals and be comfortable in utilizing the sales and marketing resources available. A strategic pro-active approach is required to target and win new business from initial prospecting to successful deal close.

We are looking for a person with a hunger for a new challenge and a solution-orientated mindset.

What you will be doing:

• Owning and managing a pipeline of enterprise value deals.

• Build deep relationships with a range of senior stakeholders across the business to educate, evangelize and deliver a value proposition

• Running all aspects of sales delivery from initial qualification, demo, negotiations, and account closure.

• Capture regional market feedback, insights and developments in the industry and provide internal feedback e.g.to the Product, Marketing and Support teams

• Build market knowledge, become a subject matter expert (SME) in the VR/Metaverse solutions space ASAP.

• Maintaining prosperous relationships with existing customers

What you’ll bring:

  • You are a based in Korea and a native Korean speaker. Proficiency in English is a must have!  Mandarin or Japanese language skills a bonus!

  • You have a University degree, preferably in Business or Computer Science 

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in Technology Sales. VR/AR/Metaverse experience a bonus!

  • You have a Personal track record of success in software sales and experience in consultative selling processes such as Challenger and MEDDIC

• You are a proactive new business hunter and possess a track record of selling complex B2B XaaS solutions that solve a unique business problem

• You have experience and are motivated by working in a high growth, start-up environment

  • You need to accurately define customer requirements and work with the delivery team to manage the specifics of the project through testing methods and tech requirements, pre-sale.

  •  You are an expert in driving enterprise sales, and are able to generate conversation at a strategic level

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset as Engage is growing quickly and the current team is spread across the US and Europe, meaning each employee will be given significant responsibility and autonomy.

  • Collaborate with the customer success team through the customer onboarding process

•You are comfortable building rapport with decision-makers and adopting a hunter’s mindset

  • You are a driven individual with a can-do mentality, ready to achieve great results!

  • You remain positive and passionate despite obstacles

  • You are Goal-oriented, yet a TEAM player.

  • You are able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and thinking logically.

  • You have a strong network in the Korean Enterprise community

  • You have a proven ability to learn new things in rapidly changing environments.

  • You need to develop and close a strong pipeline of opportunities; exceeding annual sales targets; smashing your quota!
