Who you are

You're a knowledgeable back-end developer that not only breathes and lives the AR world, Metaverse, Virtual Reality tech and NFTs but has shipped at least a couple of products in a web-based environment. 

We are basically looking for someone who can boot up a backend server with minimal resources while taking advantage of the resources we have access to.

If you have worked in a tech startup (AR related or not) before or have full-stack experience, that's a plus. 

Technical Skills

Must have

  • 3+ Years of Experience developing back-end solutions in a web-based environment

  • Live Projects you can show us and walk us through

  • Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms, and web design

  • Excellent time management capabilities that allow you to deliver great work on time

  • Experience designing RESTful APIs, specifically for Web Apps

  • Experience working in a fast-paced team that might change direction swiftly 

What you'll do with the team

  • Write code and tests, build prototypes, solve issues, profile and analyze bottlenecks

  • Design perform, robust APIs to support desktop clients and integrate tech partners' tools

  • Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing

  • Align technical development to business development and ensure proper communication channels with our CTO Eris and our CEO

  • Participate from time to time in brainstorming sessions on future developments with the rest of the team and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternative

Where you'll help us get

We are ramping up development on our end and have several tech partners on our list that will extend the capabilities of our platform, lead to a better experience for our customers while in turn raise our potential to be leaders in the ordering of AR content process. We don't just want businesses to order projects, we want them to be able to accept the technology in the first place and that means removing obstacles by designing the right tools. On the other hand, we don't want AR Creators to just take on works, we want them to be able to repurpose what they create and have additional revenue sources they can rely on. The right execution will help us move away from our competitors, Poplar.studio and Catch.AR while establishing Aequilibrium Inc. as the go-to platform in North America.

Our Culture

We funded the company when the world was still upside down, that means that we're built for strong environments and can handle pressure outside and inside of us. We will not settle for decent communication we strive to get to a state where everyone feels like part of the team despite being remote. Our CEO is in Chicago, IL and the rest of the co-founders in California. We tend to have weekly check-ins and daily check-ins when necessary to meet a strict deadline. 

Commitment

Full-time commitment is required for at least two full months or until we secure more funding’s. You’ll be required to have weekly if not daily check-ins with our CTO but other than that you can manage your time as best as you can as long as you: 

1- deliver and follow the timeline set

2- share your availability for important check-ins and to check the status of your tasks

You pinpoint flaws in the User Experience of everyday applications, are familiar with UX usability principles, and have worked alongside a designer. 

We are basically looking for someone who can execute pixel-perfect front-end pages with minimal resources while taking advantage of the resources we have access to.

If you have worked in a tech startup (AR-related or not) before or have full-stack experience, that's a plus.

  • Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

  • Create quality mock-ups and prototypes on a tight deadline

  • Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting

Mid-Level Enterprise Sales/Account Executive - USA

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a demonstrated history of success in hitting and exceeding sales quotas between $1 - $2M+ who can expand our customer base in the states, growing the use of our VR solution 

The Account Executive will know how to penetrate new industry verticals and be comfortable in utilizing the sales and marketing resources available. A strategic pro-active approach is required to target and win new business from initial prospecting to successful deal close.

The Enterprise Account Executive will work with a BDR, Sales Engineer and Customer Success personnel to provide a seamless positive customer experience throughout the sale cycle

We are looking for a person with a hunger for a new challenge and a solution-orientated mindset.

What you will be doing:

• Owning and managing a pipeline of enterprise value deals.

• Building deep relationships with a range of senior stakeholders across the business to educate, evangelizing and delivering a value proposition

• Running all aspects of sales delivery from initial qualification, demo, negotiations, and account closure.

• Capturing regional market feedback, insights and developments in the industry and provide internal feedback e.g.to the Product, Marketing and Support teams

What you’ll bring:

  • You have a Personal track record of success in software sales and experience in consultative selling processes such as Challenger and MEDDIC

  • You are a proactive new business hunter and possess a track record of selling complex B2B XaaS solutions that solve a unique business problem
