Tommaso Tini is an experienced Senior Client Partner at Unity, where he oversees major accounts across the EMEA region in the Government and Aerospace sectors. His client-centric approach has been instrumental in driving innovation across global Aerospace organizations.
At Unity, Tommaso collaborates with a diverse array of aerospace organizations across the EMEA region, encompassing both civil and defense sectors. The key success factor is the ability to drive change by leveraging Unity's technology platforms and capabilities. This enables a multitude of critical use cases in areas such as virtual collaboration, simulation, and training.
In parallel, Tommaso is a Founding Partner at ToDem Consult where he leads the Sales & Leadership practice, leveraging his experience to train and mentor sales professionals.
Tommaso's commitments extend beyond his corporate roles. He serves as a Steering-Committee Member and Mentor for the non-profit organization Talented Italians in the UK (TIUK). In this role, he provides guidance to young talents, helping them navigate their career paths and realize their full potential.
