Roxana is an experienced Creative Technologist and Senior Mobile Engineer with a passion for Immersive Technologies. In her role as Director of Immersive Technologies at Monstarlab, Roxana helps top companies around the world to create strategies and build innovative projects with the use of Metaverse, AR and VR technologies.
With a love for giving back to the community, Roxana is co-leading Women in Tech Dubai, a group focused on creating a safe space and community for women working in the tech field and is a member of the Murdoch University Dubai Industry Advisory panel created to bring critical perspectives about the expectations of industry employers in relation to graduate outcomes.
She is a thought leader on the topic of Augmented Reality, both from a technical and business perspective by writing specialized articles and speaking at high-profile international conferences and podcasts.
