Through the X-Plora app, visitors to the historical village of Almeida are now able to travel 200 years into the past and visit the extinct Castle, the inhabitants, the troops and, thus, have a better perception of how everything was in the 19th century.
The X-Plora team embarked on a mission to recreate some key elements of the village. The Castle was entirely digitally recreated. Now visitors can see a recreation and even walk inside one of his old tunnels. A military camp was also recreated, offering a 360º experience and the old monastery of Senhora Loreto was also reconstituted.
