The VR/AR Association (South Florida Chapter) in partnership with the University of Miami Frost Institute of Data Science and Computing are pleased to announce the inaugural XR and AI in Healthcare Summit February 1st 2024 at the University of Miami. The Healthcare industry has been identified as one of the industries that is expected to lead adoption of XR and AI technology. From patient care & medical equipment operations and maintenance, to medical staff training, to improving surgical suite operations, XR and AI technology provides unlimited potential to improve medical staff and facility performance to improve patient outcomes.
This one day conference and technology fair will bring together medical professionals who are currently using XR and AI technologies, medical professionals looking to learn about the technology, Academia and Medical Technology companies that are developing solutions to address needs of the healthcare industry. Our keynote speaker for the conference is Dr. Robert Masson who is a world renowned surgeon and medical innovator. He is the founder and CEO of the Masson Spine Institute and Expanded Existence, (eXeX) a medtech company that is focusing on using XR and AI to improve surgical operations. With over 1500 surgeries in 4 different hospital chains eXeX is leading the XR revolution in surgery!The conference will be limited to 150 attendees to ensure that attendees have a chance to get 1-1 interaction with speakers and attendees.
There will be an expo area to showcase technologies and solutions that are being used to transform the healthcare industry. Admission to the conference is $100 and the expo is FREE to the public.
